About the Role
Architect and implement global cloud infrastructure for video streaming platform serving 50M+ users. Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of distributed systems. Establish infrastructure as code practices across organization.
Responsibilities
- Design multi-region AWS architecture
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Develop automated deployment pipelines
- Optimize CDN and streaming configurations
- Establish SLOs and disaster recovery protocols
- Mentor infrastructure engineering team
- Conduct cost optimization analysis
- Implement ML-based monitoring systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years cloud infrastructure experience
- AWS Professional Architect certification
- Expert Terraform and Kubernetes skills
- Deep networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, CDNs)
- Large-scale distributed systems experience
- Media streaming protocols expertise
- SRE principles mastery
