Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and 3-year roadmap
- Own P&L for product division ($30M ARR)
- Lead 12 product managers across three teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive differentiation
- Align engineering, sales, and marketing objectives
- Present to board on product performance metrics
- Establish customer advisory board program
Requirements
- 10+ years B2B SaaS product leadership
- Proven success scaling products to $20M+ ARR
- Procurement/supply chain domain expertise
- Experience scaling product teams in growth companies
- Data-driven decision-making methodology
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- Global team management experience
