About the Role
Oversee development of utility-scale solar farms across the Southwest. Manage $150M+ projects from permitting to commissioning while achieving aggressive sustainability targets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate EPC contractors
- Navigate NEPA permitting processes
- Optimize construction schedules
- Manage risk assessment matrices
- Ensure OSHA compliance
- Negotiate PPA terms
- Implement community outreach
Requirements
- PE license required
- 10+ years in renewable energy
- Experience with PVsyst
- Knowledge of NEC 2023
- Proven 100MW+ project delivery
- Familiarity with PowerBI
- Willingness to travel 50%
