About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our design team and help shape the user experience of our products. In this role, you’ll lead design projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Establish and maintain design standards and best practices
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role
- Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creativity
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
