About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our flagship product. You will ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of our systems while mentoring junior engineers. Your work will directly impact our product’s success and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software systems.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs.
- Write clear, concise, and maintainable code.
- Optimize existing systems for maximum speed and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in software development with expertise in a major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficient in AWS and/or Azure certifications a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
