About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to qualify leads, build a pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quota targets
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement lead generation campaigns
- Document and track lead information using CRM software
- Regularly report on pipeline health and progress to the sales team
Requirements
- Proven experience (1+ years) in sales development, business development, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Tenacious and resilient mindset with a drive to succeed
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
