About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to design user-interfaces and experiences
- Develop UI wireframes and visual concepts
- Test user interactions and analyze findings
- Stay current with design tools and software
- Present design proposals and rationales to stakeholders
- Create detailed, user-centered design specifications
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or other UI design tools
- Strong focus on user-centered design principles
- Proven track record of successful design projects
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Ability to prototype and design responsive interfaces
