About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled ML engineer to drive our core NLP capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a blend of deep learning expertise and strong software engineering fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions
- Develop state-of-the-art NLP models in production environments
- Collaborate with research teams to apply theoretical advancements
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved performance
- Mentor junior ML engineers and conduct code reviews
- Contribute to open-source libraries and community projects
- Lead documentation efforts for model architecture and implementation
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 8+ years of experience building production ML systems
- Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK)
- Proficiency in software engineering best practices
- Track record of publishing/presenting at ML conferences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
