About the Role
Operate machinery and equipment in our manufacturing plant to produce high-quality composite materials. Monitor production lines, ensure machine calibration, and maintain product quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery for various processes
- Monitor machine operation, output, and performance
- Adjust controls to maintain product specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report issues
- Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials safely
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years production or manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in machine operation and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and safety commitment
