Provide top-tier customer service as the first point of contact at our signature Denver downtown hotel. Handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and inquiries while resolving issues professionally.
Responsibilities
- Process reservations and registrations
- Handle payments and billing
- Provide local recommendations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping/operations
- Maintain front desk organization
- Upsell hotel amenities/services
Requirements
- Customer service experience

- System proficiency (PMS/GXP)
