About the Role
Provide compassionate care for residents in a 5-story assisted living facility. Essential role in promoting resident wellness, comfort and independence
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Take and record vital signs and health metrics
- Help with transferring, ambulating residents
- Respond quickly to call lights
- Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms
- Communicate effectively with nursing team
Requirements
- California CNA certification (CHHA preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ years experience in senior care
- Clear criminal background check
- Fluency in English, Cantonese or Tagalog preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Physical ability to lift/move patients safely
