About the Role
Full-time forklift operator needed for fast-paced distribution center. Handle loading/unloading, inventory management, and order preparation. $500 retention bonus after 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up reach trucks
- Pick/pack orders using RF scanners
- Maintain 99% inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Meet 100+ case/hour productivity goals
- Assist with cycle counting
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification
- 6+ months warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation for 3PM-11PM shift
- Pass background check
