About the Role
Develop and implement IEPs for students with diverse learning needs while fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Create differentiated lesson plans
- Collaborate with support staff
- Track student progress metrics
- Lead parent-teacher conferences
- Adapt curriculum materials
- Manage classroom accommodations
Requirements
- State teaching certification (SPED)
- Master’s degree in Special Education
- 3+ years classroom experience
- CPI certification preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of assistive technologies
