About the Role
Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Production Line Worker. Your role will be critical to maintaining our high quality standards and efficiency. Experience hands-on assembly and enjoy immediate opportunities for upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment for assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain clean workspace following safety protocols
- Load, unload and transport materials as needed
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Calibrate machines and make minor adjustments
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and specifications
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail required
- Physical stamina for long shifts in manufacturing environments
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Basic math and reading skills for process documentation
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as needed
