About the Role
The Grand Bayfront Hotel seeks an experienced Maintenance Tech to oversee 250-room property. Respond to guest requests, perform preventative maintenance, and manage vendor relationships. On-call rotation required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Repair commercial laundry equipment
- Maintain pool chemical logs
- Coordinate fire system inspections
- Supervise 2-3 contractors during renovations
- Use CMMS for work order tracking
Requirements
- 5+ years building maintenance experience
- EPA HVAC Universal Certification
- CPO (pool operator) license
- Basic electrical/plumbing skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility for weekend shifts
