About the Role
Maplewood Senior Living seeks compassionate CNAs to provide direct patient care in our assisted living facility. Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report health changes
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Serve meals and assist with feeding
- Maintain clean and safe environments
- Document care provided
- Participate in care planning
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- 1+ years senior care experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical stamina for patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Flexibility for various shifts
