About the Role
Join our team of collaborative developers building secure FinTech platforms. You’ll work with industry-leading teams to deliver scalable, high-performance software while growing your coding and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, well-documented Python code for web applications and API services
- Collaborate with database specialists to design and optimize data models
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support test-driven development with unit and integration tests
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues and security vulnerabilities
- Maintain automated deployment scripts and containerization (Docker)
- Participate in code reviews to optimize quality/maintainability standards
- Adapt rapidly to changing requirements and architectural shifts
- Mentor less experienced engineers on best practices and coding standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 1+ years developing professional Python applications
- Strong proficiency with Django, Flask and/or FastAPI frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) desirable
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote environment
- Demonstrated capacity for self-directed learning and coding challenges
