About the Role
Lead development of machine learning models driving our core product intelligence. You’ll implement cutting-edge solutions for real-time analytics systems with billions of data points. Your work will directly enhance user experience for millions of customers through personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML models for recommendation systems
- Optimize model training pipelines using distributed computing frameworks
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data ingestion systems
- Implement continuous monitoring solutions for production ML systems
- Mentor junior team members on ML best practices
- Communicate technical insights to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Expertise in distributed data processing (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)
- Proven track record deploying models to cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker)
- Deep understanding of NLP and deep learning architectures
- Publications in ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) preferred
