About the Role
Lead a team of data scientists to develop predictive models that optimize supply chain operations for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll oversee projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Architect machine learning pipelines for demand forecasting
- Mentor junior data scientists
- Present insights to executive stakeholders
- Evaluate new tools/technologies for data infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering on MLOps implementation
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Analyze A/B test results to guide product decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years in data science with 2+ years leadership
- PhD in Statistics, CS, or related field
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Proven success deploying ML models at scale
- Deep knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake
- Exceptional communication skills
