About the Role
Lead daily operations for Chicago Urban Retail Group’s flagship location. Drive sales through staff coaching and visual merchandising while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage 15+ team members
- Analyze POS reports
- Conduct product knowledge training
- Optimize floor layouts
- Handle customer escalations
- Reduce shrinkage through LP protocols
Requirements
- 5+ years retail experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Proficiency in Shopify POS
- Visual merchandising portfolio
- Flexibility for nights/weekends
- Lifting 50lbs capability
- Multilingual skills preferred
