About the Role
Join GreenLeaf Fulfillment Solutions as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, optimizing inbound/outbound shipment efficiency. You’ll coordinate receiving, storage, picking and packing functions to ensure delivery SLA adherence.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound merchandise receipts via RF scanners
- Oversee inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts
- Coordinate with carriers for freight transportation
- Resolve discrepancies between manifests and received items
- Maintain shipment tracking databases and generate reports
- Handle dangerous goods with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with operations leads on seasonal ramp planning
- Mentor junior fulfillment associates
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proficient in ERP/WMS software interfaces
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license due to offsite responsibilities
