About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Instruct students in a variety of subjects
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Communicate regularly with parents about students’ progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification
- At least one year of teaching experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of subject matter and teaching strategies appropriate for elementary-aged students
