We are seeking an organized and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient workflow in our bustling warehouse. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and data-driven decision making to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Manage inventory levels and receiving/shipping processes
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training and mentoring
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
