About the Role

Provide exceptional customer support as a Customer Service Representative. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.

Requirements
