About the Role

Drive data-driven decision-making by developing advanced machine learning models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from big data, leading to improvements in product performance and business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement predictive models using Python and R
  • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
  • Develop dashboards and visual analytics to communicate complex data patterns
  • Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize product features and performance
  • Document methodologies and results, presenting them to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
  • Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science with expertise in machine learning
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and pattern recognition
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle ambiguous business challenges
