About the Role
Drive data-driven decision-making by developing advanced machine learning models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from big data, leading to improvements in product performance and business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive models using Python and R
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
- Develop dashboards and visual analytics to communicate complex data patterns
- Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize product features and performance
- Document methodologies and results, presenting them to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team
Requirements
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with expertise in machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and pattern recognition
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle ambiguous business challenges
