About the Role

Join our AI team to design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models that transform enterprise data solutions. Your work will directly enhance predictive analytics capabilities across finance and healthcare sectors. Lead initiatives from experimentation to production, solving complex business challenges through NLP and deep learning innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for data processing and model training
  • Optimize model performance through advanced hyperparameter tuning
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data infrastructure
  • Develop production-grade code for model deployment (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Mentor junior engineers on ML best practices
  • Research state-of-the-art techniques in computer vision and NLP
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models for performance drift

Requirements

  • MS/PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field
  • 4+ years experience building ML models in production environments
  • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/Keras, and cloud ML services
  • Deep knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
  • Strong understanding of MLOps practices and tools
  • Publications in ML conferences/journals preferred
