About the Role
Join our luxury resort as a Front Desk Receptionist where your customer service skills will provide an exceptional first impression to our esteemed guests. You’ll be the friendly face in our lobby, assisting with check-ins/outs and room assignments.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Manage check-in/out processes efficiently
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability
- Resolve customer inquiries and service requests
- Update reservation records in hotel booking system
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Maintain lobby area in presentable, clean condition
- Assist in event planning and facility bookings as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills for reservation systems
- Professional demeanor and friendly disposition
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Experience with hotel management software preferred
