About the Role
Our upscale restaurant group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef passionate about culinary innovation and leadership. You’ll oversee the culinary operations, inspire the kitchen team, and create exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative menu concepts utilizing seasonal ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality standards
- Manage food costs and inventory to meet budget targets
- Oversee kitchen operations, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure fresh, premium ingredients
- Engage guests during service for personalized experiences
Requirements
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of professional cooking experience
- 5+ years in a Lead Chef or Executive Chef role
- Strong culinary skills across various cuisines and styles
- Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
