About the Role
Event Coordinator needed to plan and execute various corporate and social events. Ensure events run smoothly and successfully, meeting client expectations and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate event details, including schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all needs are met.
- Supervise event setup and provide on-site management during the event.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to promote events.
- Assess event success and provide post-event reports to management.
- Oversee budgets and provide cost analysis for future events.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in corporate or non-profit settings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency with event planning software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
