About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Plumber to work alongside our experienced plumbers. This role involves helping with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. The Assistant Plumber will gain valuable on-the-job training and experience in the plumbing trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provides solutions.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in reading blueprints and specifications.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks on equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
