Coastal Grill seeks talented Line Cooks to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items to chef’s specifications
- Maintain proper food storage
- Follow health department regulations
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Monitor food quality and freshness
- Assist with inventory management
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff
Requirements
- 1+ years kitchen experience
- Food handler’s certification
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Physical stamina for long shifts
- Time management skills
