About the Role
Guide our executive team as the Chief Financial Officer at TechTrendz. You’ll oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to drive sustainable growth and financial success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s strategic objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and auditors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic investments and acquisitions
- Build and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including 5+ years at the director or CFO level
- Proven experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, investor presentations, and mergers & acquisitions
