About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team to design, develop, and maintain our web applications. This role requires a strong background in software development and experience mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new features
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with our DevOps team to troubleshoot and optimize application performance
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in web technologies and introduce new tools and practices
Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Node.js and React
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
