About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our flagship products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your role will be pivotal in delivering products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog
- Drive product launches and monitor performance
- Gather and analyze customer feedback
- Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Lead agile development processes and sprint planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of product management tools like Jira or Aha!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
