Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into technical specifications
- Develop wireframes and mockups to visualize design concepts
- Iteratively refine designs based on feedback and usability testing results
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Document and communicate design rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile app interfaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work and successful projects
