About the Role
Join our skilled maintenance team to install, repair, and upgrade electrical systems in our commercial properties, ensuring the comfort and safety of tenants.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems
- Install new electrical equipment and fixtures
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to complete projects
Requirements
- Trade school graduate or equivalent experience in electrical work
- Valid state electrician license
- Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and electrical testing equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
