About the Role

Oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and manage the culinary staff at an upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new menus
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth food production
  • Order and inventory food supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an executive chef or sous chef
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
