About the Role
Join our growing customer service team as a Customer Service Representative! You’ll be the voice of our company, assisting callers with inquiries, resolving issues and driving positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers promptly
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting guidance
- Process returns, exchanges and warranty claims
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain detailed call records and order histories
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve issues
- Participate in product training to stay current on offerings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Team player mentality with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approach
