About the Role
Leading boutique hotel needs a dynamic Hospitality Supervisor to manage our front desk team. Drive guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and supervise team operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk staff and their scheduling
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reservations
- Maintain front desk operational efficiency
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Monitor inventory of guest supplies
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years hotel experience, with some management
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Fluency in English, additional languages preferred
- Experience with hotel management software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Basic accounting skills
