About the Role
Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate! You’ll provide exceptional customer service in our flagship clothing store while assisting with inventory management and sales floor organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selections and questions
- Operate cash registers and conduct sales transactions
- Maintain organized sales floor displays and stock shelves
- Process daily sales and deposit reports
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
- Stock new merchandise from delivery boxes
- Participate in visual merchandising and floor plan optimization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for stock adjustments
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Passion for fashion and current retail trends
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude
