About the Role

Provide exceptional guest service at a 300-room resort. Handle check-ins, resolve issues, and promote amenities while maintaining accurate reservations records.

Responsibilities

  • Process registrations
  • Manage room assignments
  • Upsell packages
  • Respond to guest requests
  • Balance cash drawer
  • Conduct night audits

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year hospitality experience
  • Opera PMS proficiency
  • Multilingual skills preferred
  • Flexibility for 3rd shifts
  • Polished appearance
