About the Role
Metro Capital Advisors seeks analyst to support investment banking team. Build financial models, analyze M&A opportunities, and prepare pitch books for mid-market transactions.
Responsibilities
- Create DCF/LBO models
- Conduct industry research
- Prepare due diligence reports
- Assist with deal execution
- Update valuation databases
- Support client presentations
- Monitor portfolio performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance
- 2+ years IB experience
- Advanced Excel modeling
- FINRA Series 79 preferred
- Understanding of GAAP
- 85+ hour work week capacity
- MBA progress beneficial
