About the Role
Protect at-risk youth through case management and family interventions. Conduct home visits and coordinate with legal/law enforcement teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess child safety reports
- Develop service plans
- Testify in family court
- Maintain case files
- Connect families to resources
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
Requirements
- MSW degree required
- LCSW certification (PA)
- 3+ years CPS experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Crisis intervention training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
