About the Role

Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise IT systems. Resolve hardware/software issues and maintain service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Windows OS
  • Manage Active Directory
  • Image/deploy laptops
  • Monitor help desk tickets
  • Assist with network upgrades
  • Document solutions in KB

Requirements

  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • 1+ years MSP experience
  • Office 365 admin skills
  • Basic PowerShell scripting
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge
  • Clean driving record
