About the Role
Swift Logistics seeks Warehouse Associates to join our Phoenix distribution center team. This fast-paced role involves receiving, processing, and shipping customer orders accurately. You’ll use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining inventory accuracy. Full-time positions with morning and evening shifts available. Temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts using scanning devices
- Maintain 5S organization standards in work areas
- Identify and report damaged or missing inventory
- Follow safety protocols for safe material handling
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stand/walk for entire shift (8-10 hours)
- Basic computer and tablet operation skills
- Forklift certification preferred (will train)
- Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Teamwork mentality and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
