About the Role
Sunshine Resorts & Hotels seeks Guest Service Agents for our award-winning Orlando property. This guest-facing role handles check-ins/outs, reservation management, and concierge services. You’ll troubleshoot guest needs while representing our brand to vacationers from around the world. Must be available to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins/outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and address booking modifications
- Provide recommendations for dining and attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain financial accuracy
- Upsell rooms and resort amenities when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Professional demeanor and polished communication
- Multilingual abilities highly valued
- Flexibility to work various shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Problem-solving skills in dynamic situations
