About the Role
Provide essential nursing care in a fast-paced rehabilitation center. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Support patient recovery journeys with compassionate, skilled nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs regularly
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with daily living activities
- Document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Educate patients on health management
- Maintain medical equipment sanitation
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in Minnesota
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Basic life support certification
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Strong observational skills
- Electronic health records proficiency
