About the Role
Deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and post-operative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress in EHR systems
- Educate patients on discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in bedside shift reporting
Requirements
- Active RN license in Illinois
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ years acute care experience
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Flexibility for night shifts
