About the Role
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our busy warehouse operations team. You’ll oversee receiving, inventory management and shipping processes to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse staffing and scheduling
- Supervise receiving, putaway and inventory control processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and order fulfillment metrics
- Lead production teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Analyze operations data to recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize shipping efficiencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
