About the Role
We’re hiring Manufacturing Plant Operators for our state-of-the-art beverage facility. Operate machinery, maintain safety standards, and contribute to efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Inspect and maintain machines in optimal condition
- Ensure product quality meets standards
- Report any equipment malfunction issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
- Follow production schedules and meet targets
- Assist in loading/unloading materials as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work shifts, including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for equipment calibration
- Flexibility to adapt to changing roles
